Each order comes with 14 plant based plastic, fully biodegradable and non toxic  applicator tampons and 1 black Rif Care carrying case.

Regular absorbency tampons are for MODERATE absorbency days and can hold 6-9 g of blood. Only use tampons for the time you need, maximum of 8 hours of leak-proof protection.
